Buyers should register for Buyer Cards before entering the Fair Complex. Buyer Card is valid admission to the Fair at both complexes. Please keep it well as exhibitors will not bargain with visitors without the Buyer Cards.

Attendance Notice
Buyers or Chinese representatives of foreign companies' representative offices in China should provide requested documents to get registered.
Fair visitors should get registered before they visit the Fair, and have their Visitor Cards stamped and confirmed upon registration. Access to the Fair is granted only to those with confirmed Visitor Cards. Kindly note that Chinese exhibitors may refuse to negotiate with someone without a Visitor Card. Please bring along the required documents (as listed below) to Fair's Visitors' Registration Office for registration.

Documents Required for Holders of "PVC" Bar-code Card
1.Personal "PVC" Bar-code Card and invitation card extended by the Fair
2.Personal papers (Overseas Passport, H.K./Macau I.D. Card or Residence Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate)
Documents Required for Non-holders of Invitation Card
1. Personal Papers (Overseas Passport, H.K./Macau I.D. Card or Residence Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, or a Chinese Passport with at least one year foreign visa)
2. A Completed Registration Form filled in by Visitor
3. A most recent passport photo (5CM??CM)
4. Service Charge: RMB110 or HK$100 for each person
Registration of Local Representatives
Local Representatives in foreign companies' representative office in China are requested to present the following documents at registration:
1. Invitation Card (extended by the Fair)
2. Valid Employee Certificate (extended by Administration for Industry & Commerce)
3. The Employee's I.D. Card
4. Business Card
5. A most recent passport photo (5cm??cm)
About "PVC" Bar-code Card
Visitors could apply to Solid Channel Co. (H.K.) for PVC Visitor Card in the period from September 3 to September 29.

This Card made of PVC material, with an identifying Card number, is valid for multiple Sessions. Access to the Fair is granted only to those with a new confirmation to this Card.
Notes:
1. This card is multiple and valid for different sessions.
2. Dates of the Fair:
Spring Fair: April 15th~30th, Autumn Fair: Oct. 15th-30th
3. Remember to bring along this card every time you visit the Fair, for it is required to have your registration upon your arrival.
4. Not transferable, this card does not serve as an Identification of Exhibitor. Violations will cause the confiscation of this card. Kindly keep it safe.
